Product Types
A product is a resource that is used to create other products. The three main types of goods are:
Metals
These items must be mined and contain copper, gold, and platinum.
Agriculture
These goods include food animals such as cattle and pigs; grains such as wheat, soybeans, and rice; and other crops added to beverages, such as sugar, cocoa, and coffee. Cotton and wood also fall into this category.
Energy
Energy commodities are gasoline, natural gas, and oil. Economic trends that affect the buying and selling of these commodities directly affect the price of oil for the average consumer to fill their gas tank.
